Malhonnête : pièce reçue non conforme et de valeur inférieure
J’ai commandé une pièce rare en rupture en France, j’ai donc opté pour ce site avec des frais de port élevés pour avoir cette pièce. J’ai reçue une autre pièce qui ne m’intéresse pas du tout et qui a une valeur de collection bien inférieure et sans intérêt pour les collectionneurs Français. J’ai contacté plusieurs fois Orobel aucune réponse. Je suis en contact avec ma banque et je vais déposer plainte.

Accueil très désinvolte: j’ai du réclamer mon bordereau qu’on avait oublié d’imprimer. Puis ils ont égaré mon numéro de compte pour faire le virement (”la femme de ménage l’a peut-être jeté” sic.) J’ai du rappeler pour être crédité seulement 9 jours après mon dépôt. Sans le moindre mot d’excuse !
